Why it matters

If you’re new to web3, you don’t have enough onchain history to prove your unique humanity. But proving you’re real is key, especially when it comes to airdrops, governance, and Sybil resistance.

The ZK Email Stamp checks if you’ve taken an Uber or received Amazon shipping notifications — things many new users already do.

It works because it’s easy for real people, and hard to fake at scale.

What about the privacy of the email?

It’s intact. ZK Email uses zero-knowledge tech to verify email receipts privately — no link between the email and the wallet is created, and no sensitive information is stored or shared: no data, no content, no identifiers.

The only thing created is a cryptographic proof confirming that the purchase was made.

The proof is submitted and verified onchain, with the wallet address serving as the link to the verified result. That’s how Passport reads the result, but never the email.
